When his journey into photography began at age 13 working alongside his dad, Ralph, Sr., Ralph Romaguera, Jr. never imagined where his passion for capturing memories would take him. Ralph Jr. graduated from Nicholls University with a degree in theater before focusing on furthering his professional photography career that has spanned more than three decades. During this time, Ralph Jr. has had the honor of serving as the Professional Photographers of Louisiana President in 2012 and earning a PPLA Fellowship degree. He is proud to be recognized for his craft as a Certified Professional Photographer, Craftsmen and Masters of Photography from the Professional Photographers of America. From families and high school seniors to celebrities and politicians–and even royalty–Ralph Jr. has been fortunate enough to photograph just about everyone.
After 51 years, Ralph Jr. and his wife, Danielle, will carry forward the legacy of Romaguera Photography with hopes of continuing to carry on its longstanding tradition of capturing all of life’s precious milestones across the Gulf South region. They have three boys and are acutely aware of the importance of family, which is why they strive to maintain the family-like atmosphere of the business and look forward to welcoming you to the Romaguera family if you aren’t yet part of it.
